How the Lie that Cattle are Destroying the Planet has been Agreed Upon

I don’t do a lot of these things, but when I was asked by R-Calf and South Dakota Stockgrowers to come speak at the Black Hills Stock Show, I agreed because I felt like I had something that needed to be said. What I wanted to say was that farmers and ranchers have to reject the idea of measuring their carbon emissions. This idea is being pushed by the same people who have created the lie that agriculture is destroying the planet. Farmers and ranchers need to realize that this lie has now been accepted by the U.S. Department of Agriculture and almost every major agriculture corporation. The push to get farmers and ranchers to measure their own carbon, is based on this lie and the end result will be regulating those emissions.
