I always finish these videos and realize I forgot things. This one the main thing I didn’t spend enough time on is that the beef act prohibits any checkoff money from being used on lobbying or influencing the government yet almost all the money goes to lobbying organizations.

NCBA’s direct costs $26,166,864 vs. implementation $26,387,700. According to Beef Board members implementation costs can not be looked into.
All other contractors direct costs $10,277,500 vs. implementation $3,606,144.
